Specimen Dinner Menu
Dinner Menus are set a week in advance and are available on request.  They
are comprised of  both local and seasonal produce.  Shrublands is pleased to
support local butchers & fishmongers who guarantee the  highest quality produce.


Evening Meals are served on Wednesdays to Saturdays at 6.30 p.m. in the guest dining room and must be pre booked.  The set menu offers a minimum of two courses (£12.95 per person).  A jug of water is provided and soft drinks can be purchased from our list below. We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own.

  Tuesday :     Main: Home cooked Gammon
                     Dessert: Treacle Sponge or Cheese & Biscuits

  Wednesday: Main: Roast Chicken & Homemade Stuffing & Forcemeat
                     Dessert: Fruit Brule or Cheese & Biscuits

  Thursday:   Main:  Lambs Liver & Bacon Casserole
                    Dessert: Lemon Sponge Pudding or Cheese & Biscuits

  Friday:      Main:  Shrublands Fish Pie             
                   Dessert: Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake or Cheese & Biscuits


All main courses are served with potatoes & a selection of vegetables, unless otherwise stated.
