A spaceman came a travelling - guess which one is the scarecrow
Left: Boudicca & her chariot - (Graham did make one. But it was too big to get into the picture). Did you know we have an Iron Age replica village just down the road from us - thanks to them for the loan of the shift dress.
All these photos were taken down at the village hall, During the festival - just in case anyone thinks we have such dirty green walls!
He's a good old boy and just one of the 20+ 'crows I made.
Below: Tom the Baker with one of the donkeys from Dickey Corner (an area of our village where the donkeys grazed)
Mary Wright (above) was the village's murderess. In the early 1800's she intentionally murdered her husband and accidentally killed her father too. She poisoned her husband with a cake laced with arsenic and her father unfortunately ate the left overs!
Above: Bride & Groom in the church.
Below: A scene from the exhibition in the village hall showing the history of farming in the village
A rare sighting of a Big Yellow Bird took place last week. This unusual species was seen peering over the wall of our neighbours garden.
Left: One of our guests in his night-shirt, & cap with teddy. Doesn't everyone have a set of stairs in their front drive ?
